EXTON, PA — Uwchlan Township released the following statement, providing guidance on Halloween Trick-or-Treating during the COVID-19 pandemic:
“Uwchlan Township does not regulate Halloween. For residents who choose to participate in Trick-or-Treating this year, the Township asks that residents limit Trick-or-Treating to between 6 PM and 8 PM on the evening of October 31, and that they follow all CDC guidelines related to Halloween for COVID-19.
“The standard practice is to keep your front porch light on if you are participating in trick-or-treat activities and to turn your porch light off if you are not. Please be respectful of those who choose not to participate this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Thank you and have a safe and healthy Halloween. ”
