Upper Uwchlan Township on Halloween Trick-or-Treating During the COVID-19 Pandemic

CHESTER SPRINGS, PA — Upper Uwchlan Township has released the following statement on Halloween Trick-or-Treating during the COVID-19 pandemic:

“Upper Uwchlan Township does not establish dates or times for Trick-or-Treating.

“Because of COVID-19 concerns, many people will not be participating in Trick-or-Treating this year.

“Township residents are reminded to please respect neighbors who do not participate in Trick-or-Treating.

“The standard practice is to keep your front porch light on if you are participating and to turn it off if you are not.

“If you live in an HOA, be sure to check with your association about their guidelines.”

For those looking for an alternative Halloween activity, the Upper Uwchlan Park and Recreation Board is hosting a Halloween drive-up movie night on October 31. However, space is limited and registration is requested. For more information, visit the event page here.
