PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing endangered juvenile.
Shelby Sheldon was last seen on December 11, 2022, and is believed to be in the area of 52nd and Parkside Avenue. Shelby is 13 years old, 5’6″, and 120 lbs. He was last seen wearing ripped blue jeans, brown coat, and white Adidas sneakers.
