Upper Uwchlan Township to Hold Special Meeting to Discuss Energy Transfer/Sunoco Easement

CHESTER SPRINGS, PA — The Upper Uwchlan Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing as part of their regularly scheduled public meeting on November 16, 2020, which commences at 7:00 p.m.

To minimize public exposure to COVID-19, the Township will conduct the meeting via webinar and no in-person attendance will be allowed. Any member of the public interested in participating in the meeting should email the Township at [email protected] for a link and a password to join in the meeting. The public hearing is for the Board to consider and possibly adopt an Ordinance with the following title and summary:

An ordinance of the Township of Upper Uwchlan, Chester County, Pennsylvania, amending chapter 36 of the upper Uwchlan Code titled, “Salaries and Compensation”, article II titled “Tax Collector”, section 36-3 titled “Compensation Established”, to change the compensation of the township tax collector effective calendar year 2022.
