Representative Chrissy Houlahan

DEVON, PA — Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan was declared the winner of the race for Pennsylvania’s 6th Congressional District. She will return to Congress for a third term.

“It is the honor of my lifetime to represent our community of Chester and Berks Counties,” said Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan, “and I am deeply humbled that the voters have decided to allow me to continue this service. I am so grateful to my family, team, and supporters who worked tirelessly to help us share our positive message across Southeastern Pennsylvania and achieve this victory. Tonight, our community sent a clear signal that they want problem solvers in Congress who will work with both parties to solve the real problems they face – from inflation to attacks on our freedoms and democracy. I’m excited to make you proud and get back to work.”

While the results are still unofficial, the race has been called by the AP. Houlahan received a decisive 58.39 percent of the votes, or 147,477 out of a total of 252,516 votes cast.
