COATESVILLE, PA — On Wednesday, October 6, the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce celebrated their Annual Dinner Celebration with presenting sponsor Presence Bank.
During the event, the Chamber honored Dr. Michael Givler with the Joseph G. Filoromo, Jr. Community Service Award for his lifetime commitment to community service in western Chester County. The event also held the celebration of the Elliott R. Jones Memorial Award; presented to Alissa Griffith, Quik-Stop Pharmacy, for her dedicated volunteerism that has uplifted the Chamber of Commerce and filled many goals of the organization.
Greg Vietri of G.A. Vietri, Inc. led the night as the Chamber’s 2021 President. Greg reiterated his yearly theme, “Western Chester County is the Place to Be” and spoke on the accomplishments the Chamber has reached this year and the many projects that are moving forward in ChescoWest. Also at the event, the Chamber introduced our 2022 President, Justin Chan, Valley Creek Productions; who discussed his Chamber leadership goals for the upcoming year.
During the event, A Live and Silent Auction took place with all the proceeds benefitting the Red Umbrella Fund for local victims of Hurricane Ida. To donate to the Red Umbrella Fund brandywinefoundation.org.
