WEST CHESTER, PA — The Fred Beans Automotive Group is inviting customers to enjoy free photos and fun with Santa Claus at select Pennsylvania and New Jersey locations. When you stop by, bring a non-perishable food item to spread some goodwill as Fred Beans continues its charitable work to fight hunger in local communities.
Throughout December, all Fred Beans locations will once again donate a portion of each sale and service bill to one of five food pantries serving areas where the automotive group operates. Dealerships will also collect canned goods and other nonperishable food items to add to the total number of meals provided through this donation drive. The goal is to sponsor 50,000 meals or more.
Photos with Santa are just one way Fred Beans hopes to attract customers into dealerships this December to make a food donation and get in the spirit of the holiday season. AutoRewards members – customers who are part of the Fred Beans loyalty program – are being personally invited to stop in with their kids – and pets – for free photos with Santa.
Santa will appear at the following Fred Beans locations:
- Saturday, Dec. 3, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., Fred Beans Subaru of Doylestown, 854 N. Easton Rd.
- Saturday, Dec. 10, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., Fred Beans Kia of Langhorne, 1801 Lincoln Hwy.
- Thursday, Dec. 15, 5 – 8 p.m., Fred Beans Ford of West Chester, 1155 West Chester Pike
- Friday, Dec. 16, 3-6 p.m., Fred Beans Ford of Washington (NJ), 359 NJ-31
- Saturday, Dec. 17, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown, 876 N. Easton Rd.
AutoRewards is the Fred Beans Automotive Group’s exclusive vehicle earnings program designed to thank loyal customers. Members earn 10 percent in AutoRewards points on purchases with the swipe of their AutoRewards keytag. Each point equals one dollar. AutoRewards members may redeem up to $2,000 in points per vehicle purchase or $250 towards a collision center deductible.
Now through Dec. 31, AutoRewards members can earn double points when purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. They also can transfer doubled points to a friend or family member now through the end of the year.
All Fred Beans customers who purchase a new vehicle during the first 10 days of December also will receive an extra special gift – a free TV. That is in addition to a year-end sales event with the doubled AutoRewards points and other financial incentives.
“There are so many reasons to visit us at Fred Beans this December, and our year-end sales event is just one,” said Beth Beans Gilbert, vice president of Fred Beans Automotive Group. “We have gifts for our customers, hassle-free photos with Santa and a way for our customers to give to others through the continuation of our Fred Beans Meals Challenge. We hope to see so many familiar faces – and some new to Fred Beans – this season.”
The hunger-fighting organizations that will receive both the monetary and food donations collected during the Fred Beans 50,000 Meals Challenge are the Bucks County Opportunity Council, the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, the Flemington Area Food Pantry, the Salvation Army of Boyertown and the Salvation Army of West Chester.
