MALVERN, PA — With the assistance of Bright MLS, Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® released the latest real estate market conditions in the area. Below is information on the January 2022 Residential Market Reports.

  • Closed Sales: up 37.5% from February 2022 | down 12.2% from March 2021
  • New Listings: up 34.2% from February 2022 | down 19.4% from March 2021
