CHESTER SPRINGS, PA — Rocket Plumbing & Drain is saving their community time, money, and stress by announcing free virtual and tele-plumbing services. Individuals facing plumbing issues in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic are currently unable or unwilling to invite a professional plumber into their homes, putting the plumbing industry in uncharted territory.
Steve and Debbie Reichart felt this unique problem required a unique solution that would allow them to maintain their mission of always showing up for their clients, while still practicing necessary social distancing.
A recent client wrote “I was having a water pressure issue in my house today. Steve Reichert responded immediately to my call. Because of the shelter in place order, Steve conducted a diagnostic session with me using Zoom. With this technology, he was able to diagnose the problem, and talk me through step-by-step in a live session, as to how to fix the issue.
“Steve even helped me determine the correct tools to use from my toolbox! My problem is now fixed, and it didn’t involve workers having to enter my home. This is a fabulous company with outstanding workmanship and professionalism. I recommend this company, and Steve Reichert to anyone with home plumbing needs.”
The sign-up process is simple; while on the Rocket website users are prompted to fill out a brief Consult Request Form that asks for a short description of the problem, the level of urgency, access to tools, video/call capabilities, preferred schedule date, and the option to upload a photo of the problem.
While they are doing everything they can to assist their customers during this trying time, Rocket remains transparent about their services and remote capabilities; “Not all plumbing calls can be fixed by the homeowner. As a company we are practicing social distancing and CDC guided protective measures. These free calls are intended as a service to our customers during the COVID-19 crisis to see if we can assist you in making temporary repairs if you are trying to maintain self-quarantine.”
