Power 2021 – Senior Living Satisfaction Study. The J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Senior Living Study examines industry-level performance metrics of senior living providers and highlights the best practices that are critical to customer satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty. Freedom Village at Brandywine serves more than 500 residents and 400 team members.
