CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Fox & Roach/Trident Charities, the charitable arm of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, celebrates the 28th anniversary of giving back to the communities they serve. The annual Community Service Days are held to encourage all sales offices and corporate departments to give back and lend a helping hand to Fox & Roach/Trident Charities local partners in need. Pictured and gathered here are sales associates and employees of Fox & Roach, Realtor’s Chester County Offices participating in numerous volunteer activities.

Sales associates and employees of the Chadds Ford Office volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that helps people build or improve a place they can call home by assisting with building homes in an affordable housing community. Sales associates and employees of the Exton Office held a food drive for the Lords Pantry, collecting Thanksgiving foods for those in need. Sales associates and employees of the Jennersville Office distributed over 200 bags of food to the Neighborhood Services of Oxford to help families affected by a recent devastating fire. Sales associates and employees of the Kennett Square Office volunteered with the Brandywine Red Clay Alliance, a watershed conservation nonprofit focused on protecting the environment, by gardening, providing maintenance, and cleaning.

Each fall, the Tri-State area’s largest real estate brokerage holds their company-wide Community Service Days so that sales associates and employees can spend time at more than 100 local nonprofits helping to clean, serve meals, do yardwork, hold food drives, paint, pack supply boxes, and much more to help the less fortunate in their communities. “Our community service projects are the heart of Fox & Roach/Trident Charities,” explains Fox & Roach/Trident Charities president, Kassie Erb. “We are pleased to continue to offer more than financial support, through volunteerism in the communities we serve to assist with much needed projects and tasks,” adds Erb. “As I think about what we accomplished in 2023, I reflect on the consistent kindness and generosity of our sales professionals and employees. I am continually proud of their enthusiasm to give back to their communities through this twenty-eight-year company tradition,” explains Erb.
