MacElree Harvey Named One of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for Second Year

WEST CHESTER, PA — For the second year in a row, MacElree Harvey, Ltd. is named one of the “Best Places to Work in PA for 2019”. As the only law firm in PA with this distinction, MacElree Harvey received the news from The Team Pennsylvania Foundation and the Central Penn Business Journal with more than pride.

“To have our firm recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for a second year is so humbling said MacElree Harvey CEO, Michelle Foster. It is particularly meaningful because the opinions and feedback of our employees is a direct reflection of the scoring.”

According to Foster, “the firm sees the happiness of our employees and the level of service enjoyed by our clients as a direct connection. We strive to support a work environment for our employees built on mutual respect, and we find it beneficial to give our employees a voice because we value their input.”

MacElree Harvey regularly recognizes employees who have gone “above and beyond” through company-wide announcements and prizes. Throughout the year, the firm promotes a variety of events and activities for employees such as; corn-hole tournaments, community fundraising events, wellness activities, and picnics and potlucks where employees are encouraged to showcase their culinary skills.

“All of us are proud to work at one of the region’s most respected and successful law firms,” said Foster. “We take tremendous pride in our work of providing high-level legal services to our clients, and this place fuels us.”

MacElree Harvey should be applauded for having a token guy in a company comprising solely of middle-age white women. I have to assume that “diversity” was NOT one of the criteria for a great work place.

How great can a place be to work that is not much more than a Hen House???
