Authorities Seek Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing 12-Year-Old

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 12-year-old girl.

Alicya Ortiz-Fenwick was last seen on Wednesday, January 18, before leaving for school on the 900 block of S 49th Street and has not been seen since. She is described as being 130 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. Alicya was last seen wearing white, blue and black tights, a red shirt and a black jacket.

Authorities believe she may be in the area of 60th and Delancey or 57th St and Hazel Ave. If you have any information on her whereabouts, please contact the Southwest Detective Division at 215-686-3183 or 911 immediately.
