PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old.
Bruce Smith Jr. was last seen on Saturday, February 25, at 10:00 A.M., on the 300 block of East Wister Street. He is 5′ 10″ and 150lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and black UGG’s shoes.
