Dinniman Recognizes 90+ Citizens at Paoli Pointe Senior Center

PAOLI, PA — State Senator Andy Dinniman recently visited Paoli Pointe Senior Center to celebrate all senior citizens at the center who were 90 years of age or older. Dinniman recognized them with special Senatorial Certificates of Recognition.

“The senior citizens of our area were at the forefront of change and transformation in many of our communities,” Dinniman said. “Now and always, it’s important that we listen to their stories, learn from their lives, and act in the present with knowledge of their personal histories.”

Since taking office, Dinniman has visited senior centers and senior living communities throughout the region to offer birthday wishes to almost 1,000 seniors each year who are part of his 90+ Birthday Program. Under the program, area seniors 90 years and older receive special certificates on their birthdays.

Dinniman said the 90+ Birthday Program is part of his effort to not only recognize the vast contributions of the senior community but also to ensure that local seniors are receiving all the support and services Pennsylvania has to offer, from tax rebates to medical assistance.
