COATESVILLE, PA — The Chester County Department of Parks and Preservation announced that the camping season has been expanded at Hibernia County Park from April to November.
Hibernia County Park comprises more than 900 acres of trails, woodlands, meadows, open fields, play areas, pavilions, camping, and picnic areas. The park also consists of popular fishing sites such as the Brandywine Creek’s west branch, Birch Run, and a children’s pond. Chambers Lake is also a fabulous location for boating and fishing.
Officials state the new season has just been opened, in conjunction with the April 3rd opening of Trout Season 2021, for reservations from April 2, 2021 through November 27, 2021.
In addition, there will now be three Sunday holiday rentals: May 30th, July 4th, and September 5th.
