HONEY BROOK, PA — Eric Yost and Corey Ross of Suburban Brewing Company, have opened their new location in Honey Brook. With a ribbon-cutting ceremony held this past Thursday, September 2, the brewery has settled into a space at 3041 Horseshoe Pike, Honey Brook five miles from their former location. Their new home includes a brand new 10bbl brewery, kitchen/taproom, outdoor patio, bar, and 2nd-floor lounge.
Brewer Corey Ross said, “It has been a long time in the works; through the pandemic. We built Suburban up from our small little taproom in downtown Honey Brook to being able to have everyone here today in this new space.”
Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce Board Vice President, Justin Chan stated, “We’ve enjoyed holding chamber events at their first location in Honey Brook and are excited to celebrate this expansion with them. Suburban has contributed greatly to many Chamber events and community events in the area, we’re lucky to have them here.”
The brewery uses its 10 barrel system and 1 barrel pilot system to feature 12 beers on rotation. Brewing at this size allows them to experiment with recipes and styles so there’s always something new on tap. Visit them at suburbanbrewingco.com.
