Autumn Salads: Beautiful and Delicious Ways to Enjoy the Harvest

EXTON, PA — The cooler weather calls for a new type of salad. The Chester County Library is inviting community members to learn how to transform seasonal ingredients into beautiful and delicious salads of all types, including heartier grain and dinner salads.

Date: Thursday, October 21, 2021
Time: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Location: Online

Vanessa Young, founder of Thirsty Radish, will be the featured presenter. During the event, participants will learn new methods of preparation, ingredient combinations, and homemade dressings incorporating apple, pear, squash, maple, and other delicious flavors. Pick up tips for creating dressings, roasting vegetables, and creating other essential salad elements to satisfy you all season long.
