WEST CHESTER, PA — Victoria Mullin, a West Chester University student, West Chester native, and the 2019 Miss Pennsylvania Queen, is competing in the All-National American Miss Pageant this week.
The pageant began this past Sunday and runs through Sunday, December 1, in Anaheim, California.
Senator Andy Dinniman recently met with her to discuss her community service project, one of the competing categories in the pageant, and her course of study.
Mullin is currently pursuing a degree in women & gender studies and serves as the vice president of the Association for Women’s Empowerment.
“Victoria’s leadership skills and community service will not only help her in this competition but be an asset throughout her life and career,” Dinniman said. “On behalf of West Chester and Chester County, we wish her the best of luck.”
The focus of the National American Miss Pageant is to create future leaders and to equip them with real-world skills to make their dreams a reality. The winner will receive a $5,000 cash scholarship.
