EXTON, PA — United Way of Chester County is excited to announce a special fundraising concert featuring national recording artist Alexandra Kay, taking place on Saturday, March 25th at 8:30 pm at the Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center in West Chester. This event, presented by PECO and Brandywine Valley Heating & Air Conditioning, will bring together music fans and supporters of the United Way for an unforgettable evening of entertainment, all while raising funds for the organization’s Community Impact and Innovation Fund.

In September 2022 United Way of Chester County’s premier fundraiser, Live United in Music featured Kay, and her performance left guests wanting more. Due to her popularity at their event, United Way of Chester County decided to bring her back to Chester County for an “Encore Performance” that will feature her full band.

“We are thrilled to have Alexandra Kay back to perform again in Chester County. She is an incredible talent and we are grateful for her support of United Way of Chester County,” said Christopher Saello, President & CEO of United Way of Chester County. “This event will be a great opportunity for her fans and soon-to-be fans to see her in the Philadelphia region while also supporting a worthy cause and helping to make a difference in the lives of those in need.”

Generating millions of plays weekly on her videos, Kay commands the attention of country music fans. The young singer/songwriter has accomplished a multitude of career milestones to date, including her appearance on NBC The Voice, a starring role in the Netflix Original Series ‘Westside’ and reaching the number one spot on the iTunes country chart independently four times with releases “I Kinda Don’t, All The Cowboys, That’s What Love Is” and most recently in October 2022 with her hit “Backroad Therapy.” She toured in Summer 2022 with Tim McGraw and made her Grand Ole Opry Debut in November 2022.

General admission reserved seats will be $50 and limited VIP tickets will be available for $100. VIP tickets include premium seating as well as a special pre-concert reception with artist appearance, heavy hors d’oeuvres and cash bar. Tickets will go on sale on Friday, January 20th and can be purchased at www.AKatUptown.com.
