Jeffrey Osborne Returns to Rivers Casino Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The multitalented singer and songwriter Jeffrey Osborne will perform two shows at Rivers Casino Philadelphia on Friday, June 16, and Saturday, June 17, at 8 p.m. each night. Osborne’s most well-known and enduring hit is “On the Wings of Love,” which reached No. 1 on the R&B chart after its 1982 release. Tickets for The Event Center performances start at $49.

Osborne, who has mesmerized audiences around the world, returns to Rivers Casino after 2022’s sold-out show. Throughout his solo career, Osborne has earned five gold and platinum albums and received four Grammy nominations. He was also the former drummer and lead singer of popular funk soul group L.T.D.

“We’re thrilled to feature Jeffrey Osborne’s unmistakable and soulful voice in The Event Center,” said Justin Moore, general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia. “He’s a Grammy-nominated icon who always puts on an unforgettable show every time he performs at Rivers Casino.”

Osborne is known for his smooth R&B and sentimental ballads, as well as his distinctive tenor voice. His multiple Top 40 hits include “Don’t You Get So Mad” and “Stay With Me Tonight.” During the 2000s and 2010s, many of his releases featured other notable artists, including Rick Braun; Chaka Khan; and the late, great George Duke, who helped produce and arrange Osborne’s albums.
