Friday Night Jams Are Back! Coatesville’s 2021 Sounds of Summer Music Series Returns

Free Friday Night Concert Series Part of Coatesville’s Continued Renaissance

COATESVILLE, PA — The City of Coatesville announced the return of the Sounds of Summer Music Series on Friday, August 27, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Victor Abdala Park, 851 Olive Street in Coatesville.

Music lovers are invited to relax, unwind and enjoy Easy Listening, Smooth Jazz, and R&B, fresh air, great food and community spirit. All Sounds of Summer concerts are FREE and open to the public; bringing a chair and/or blanket is recommended.

“The City of Coatesville typically celebrates summer with numerous outdoor events, including block parties, festivals, markets and the upcoming Coatesville Invitational Vintage Grand Prix,” says City Manager James Logan.

“Last year, we missed seeing our friends and neighbors and experiencing the unity that these events inspire. We are thrilled to be able to return to them this year and thank our City Council and volunteers for all their hard work in planning and executing the Sounds of Summer Music Series.”

All Sounds of Summer concerts take place on Fridays from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at Victor Abdala Park on the following dates:

  • August 27
  • September 10
  • September 24
  • October 8
