CHESTER SPRINGS, PA — SALT Performing Arts is bringing back the cutest fundraisers ever: A Princess Party on September 3, 2022, and an Encanto Sing-a-Long, on September 5, 2022, at Ludwigs Horse and Show and County Fair.
Get ready to have all your dreams come true at two family-friendly events this Labor Day weekend: SALT Princess Party and an Encanto Sing-a-Long!
Come dressed as your favorite royal subject for the Princess party, and join the most magical party in the kingdom with your real-life favorite princesses, princes, and other fairytale favorites (did someone want to build a snowman?). Get the royal treatment with song, dance, autographs, photo opps, favors, and more! And then, travel to Colombia for an Ecanto Sing-a-Long with some of SALT’s top voices singing the tales of the charming Madrigals family. Guest appearance by the youngest daughter too!
Beat the heat and make some beautiful memories with your kids at these super fun events, where all proceeds go to support SALT Performing Arts programming, Chester County’s answer to Broadway!

- Two seatings at 10 AM and 1:30 PM (each lasts approximately 90 minutes).
- $15/person (includes free admission to the fairgrounds)

“We are so excited to give a royal welcome to all the returning princesses, princes, and fairy tale characters returning to Chester County for another go!” gushed Lauren McComas, SALT Artistic Director, and President. “And since word has gotten out about how fabulous the parties are, that we’ve added an Encanto sing-a-Long too. We couldn’t be more grateful to everyone traveling from kingdoms far and wide to help raise money for SALT programming! As the royal subjects have fabulous voices, you’ll be delighted with the sing-a-longs, too!”
Bring your camera and make fabulous memories together with your child at these not-to-be-missed delightful events right at the Ludwigs Horse Showgrounds! The perfect event for grandparents, playgroups, dads, and a birthday party. Free parking, too!
Ever since the shutdown in March of 2020, SALT has adapted to the pandemic restrictions and circumstances to keep their community connected and the arts alive. Despite the challenges through it all, SALT has brought the community connected via online Cooped Up Cabarets, Beyond the Walls outside drive-in concerts, an outdoor Good Ol Fashioned Variety Show, an outside production of The Last Five Years, an indoor production of Nunsense with performers in plexiglass boxes, Rise UP, a 6-year anniversary fundraiser made available via live-streaming, and A Christmas Spectacular via a video stream. In January of 2021, SALT resumed live show performances with live-stream viewing options.
