All of volunteer artist Melodie Schwarz-Higgins’ creativity sprang to life when she saw Charles Shutler’s picture of Sinnemahoning State Park with its bright greens and cool blue skies, signifying the start of spring and St. Patrick’s Day. She knew immediately the magic within this Thru the Seasons Photo Contest photo should be shared.
