Humanity of Chester County to Host Virtual Event for 5th Grade Students

COATESVILLE, PA — As quarantine restrictions keep Habitat for Humanity of Chester County from hosting their annual “Build a House…Build a Dream” in person, they have decided to host a virtual event, welcoming all 5th-grade students to create model dream homes.

Any 5th-grader is welcome to participate, all you need is a model home created out of any materials you’d like and a 100-word description of what your inspiration was behind the design.

Send a photo or video along with your description to [email protected] and it will be included in their live presentation of all the houses on May 2nd starting at 10 am.

During the presentation, they will be announcing raffles for student and adult raffle prizes including Disney World tickets, tickets to theme parks and gift cards for shopping sprees at local businesses.
