Scheduled Test of West Chester University’s Emergency Alert System

WEST CHESTER, PAWest Chester University announced that between 10 – 10:15 AM on Friday, November 19, 2021, the University will conduct a test on components of the Emergency Alert System, specifically mass emails, website posting, digital signage, text messages and the external notification system. In an emergency, the University will communicate key emergency WCU homepage.

To receive emergency notification text messages, register for WCU ALERT.

WCU ALERT is West Chester University’s free emergency notification system which sends text messages to cell phones (SMS), wireless PDAs and e-mail addresses.
