CHESTER SPRINGS, PA — The Chester Springs Library, a member library of the Chester County Library System and a cornerstone of the Village of Historic Yellow Springs, announced they will be discussing Macbeth every Sunday afternoon in February.

This will be a virtual event, using Zoom. The Shakespeare classes will be lead by Professor Charles Conwell, retired professor of Theater, University of the Arts.

Participants will need a copy of Macbeth, which can be reserved through the library’s online catalog or by calling Chester Springs Library at (610) 827-9212.

The library is recommending participants view two films before class: Macbeth (1971) directed by Roman Polanski and Macbeth (2010) starring Sir Patrick Stewart. While these movies are available from the library, Amazon Prime subscribers can access both through their subscription.
