Commissioners "Break Ground" on Habitat for Humanity Development in West Grove

WEST GROVE, PA — The Chester County Commissioners, along with the West Grove Mayor and Borough Council members, “broke ground” this week on a Habitat for Humanity development in West Grove that will provide 40 affordable housing units for hardworking families in West Grove.

These new homes will help local residents in the low-to-moderate income range who may not otherwise qualify to purchase a home.

Chester County is one of the most sought-after places in the country to raise a family. However, not everyone can afford to live here.

This project, and several more like it, have been submitted to the PA Housing Finance Agency for consideration of Low Income Housing Tax Credit funding in Chester County.
