WAWA, PA — In honor of National Nurses Week, Wawa’s Community Care Coffee Vehicle visited Chester County Hospital on Monday to serve hot coffee to those healthcare heroes who serve our community.

The visit is part of Wawa’s Nurses Week Coffee & Care Tour, a series of 10 stops across the company’s Mid-Atlantic operating area where a total of 3,000 free cups of coffee will be distributed to healthcare heroes.

Wawa invited hospitals to submit an online request for The Wawa Community Care Coffee Vehicle to brew and serve 300 cups of coffee for nurses and received an overwhelming response with several hundred submissions across its Mid-Atlantic operating area. The vehicle is set to visit ten hospitals to distribute coffee to nurses and healthcare heroes, for a total distribution of 5,000 cups of free coffee in one week.
