Help 'Light Up Upper Uwchlan' this Holiday Season

CHESTER SPRINGS, PA — For the past three years, the Upper Uwchlan Park and Recreation Board has hosted their flagship event, the Township Tree Lighting, on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, with the COVID-19 pandemic, the 4th Annual Tree Lighting will be a little different.

This year, Upper Uwchlan Township would appreciate your help to “Light Up Upper Uwchlan!” The Park and Recreation Board is asking residents to decorate homes and neighborhoods, and submit addresses to be added to an official “Light Up Upper Uwchlan” map.

The Tree at Upland Farms will be lit on Saturday, November 28th. Drive by, enjoy the Tree, then follow the map around the Township to see the festive displays. End your drive in the Village of Eagle and enjoy fireworks light up the sky over Upper Uwchlan. Township officials are hopeful many will participate and keep their lights up throughout the holiday season.
