CHESTER SPRINGS, PA — The Upper Uwchlan Township Police Department and Park & Recreation Board are teaming up to host a Trunk-or-Treat event at Hickory Park on Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 3 – 5 PM.
This fun-filled afternoon will feature displays and presentations from the UUT Police Department, Emergency Response Agencies, and Township Volunteer Boards and Commissions. Trunk-or-Treat is a great way to get to know your local law enforcement and first responders, while getting some sweet treats!
There are two ways to participate in this event:
- Costume your Car and Hand out CandySpace is limited. Sign up for a parking spot for your decorated car along the trunk-or-treating route and distribute candy. Registration is required to reserve your parking space in order to participate. Email the following information to tscheivert@upperuwchlan-pa.gov: First and last name, vehicle make and model, email address and how many trick-or-treaters you will be bringing with you.
- Trick-or-Treat and Enjoy the FestivitiesAttend as a trick-or-treater only.
Participants who sign up with a decorated vehicle will be eligible to win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place prizes from event sponsors, gift cards from restaurants. However, organizers are reminding participants that this is a family-friendly event when planning your decorations and costumes.
There is no rain date planned for this event. The Township states that, except in the event of a downpour, this event is rain or shine.
