PAOLI, PA — State Rep. Melissa Shusterman is inviting residents of the 157th Legislative District to join her for a discussion about how greenspaces help keep neighborhoods healthy. The event will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 23 from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens, and attendees are invited to stay and explore the grounds after the discussion concludes.
Tom Smarr, Executive Director of Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens, will lead a discussion on how greenspaces impact quality of life and the economy. This event is free and open to the public.
“I look forward to listening to your concerns and discussing ways we can protect our greenspaces,” said Shusterman, D-Chester/Montgomery. “Not only are greenspaces good for the environment, but they also reduce stress and improve mental health. I hope you can join us.”
