KENNETT SQUARE, PA — State Rep. Christina Sappey, D-Chester, will host a charitable item donation drive from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 16 at Willowdale Town Center, 698 Unionville Road in Kennett Square, to benefit local families in need this holiday season.
Sappey said donations of nonperishable food items, toys and games, pet items, electronics, and more will be accepted. All donations will go to Green Drop, Chester County Food Bank, David’s Drive, Toys for Tots and the Brandywine Valley SPCA.
“I know us to be a very caring and generous community, eager to help those in need. My hope is that this event will be a one-stop drop for our charitable giving during a busy time of year”, Sappey said.
