WEST CHESTER, PA — Representative Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA) announced the details of her 73rd town hall, scheduled for Wednesday, May 31 at 5 p.m. It will be a telephone town hall focused on national security and foreign policy. Houlahan will be joined by Andrew Albertson, Executive Director of Foreign Policy for America, to answer community members’ questions on current national security and foreign policy issues.

“As a veteran and a former business leader of an internationally distributed brand, I know how important it is to understand how events around the world impact our domestic security and economic vitality here at home,” said Houlahan. “This Congress, I’ve been able to serve on the Intelligence Committee, in addition to continuing my service on the House Armed Services Committee. The ongoing war in Ukraine, the rising threat of China to us and our allies, and how other countries are battling the security challenges of climate change are all important subjects for us to pay attention to even if they seem far away from our daily lives and challenges. I’m looking forward to answering our community’s questions on these important topics.”

Houlahan is a member of the Intelligence and Armed Services Committees which have jurisdiction on national security and foreign policy issues. In the 116th and 117th Congresses, Houlahan was also a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

This will be Houlahan’s 73rd town hall since serving as the representative for Pennsylvania’s Sixth Congressional District.
